ZStrong · Body & Mind Fitness
The Agreements
Client Service Agreement: All Offers
Last updated October 13, 2026
This Agreement is between ZStrong Body & Mind Fitness (“ZStrong,” “Coach,” or “Zabrina”) and the client named on the signature page (“Client”).
It has three parts:
- Part A: Terms for Every Paid Service. Scheduling, notice, payment, health, and conduct rules that apply to Rungs 4 to 8 and the Meal Prep Add-On.
- Part B: Terms by Offer. What each of the eight rungs includes, how it is paid for, and what happens if the Client wants out.
- Part C: General Provisions and Signatures.
Where a Part B term differs from a Part A term, the Part B term controls for that offer.
PART A: TERMS FOR EVERY PAID SERVICE
A1 · Definitions
- Session: a scheduled one-on-one training session, coaching call, strategy call, or private coaching session, in person or by video.
- Term: the commitment period for an offer: 90 days for the Rung 4 Program, 3 months for Rungs 5 to 7, 90 days for Rung 8.
- Start Date: the date on the signature page. For the Rung 4 Program and Rungs 5 to 7, it is also the first billing date.
- Business Day: Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
- Notice Window: 24 hours before a scheduled Session.
- Written Notice: a message sent through the coaching app, by email to hello@zstrong.fit, by text to (813) 598-1785, or by Facebook Messenger. A verbal request alone does not count.
A2 · Scheduling, Cancelling & Rescheduling
One rule for both cancelling and rescheduling:
- 24 hours or more before the Session: the Client may cancel or reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours before the Session: the Session is forfeited and charged (or deducted from the Client’s included calls) in full, unless a Courtesy Pass is used.
- Rescheduled Sessions must be rebooked within 14 days of the original date, or within the same Term, whichever comes first.
A3 · Courtesy Pass
- Each Client receives one (1) Courtesy Pass per 90-day period, starting on the Start Date. Rung 8 Clients receive two (2).
- A Courtesy Pass excuses one cancellation made inside the Notice Window. The Session may then be rescheduled under A2.
- Courtesy Passes do not carry over or convert to credit or cash.
- A Courtesy Pass cannot excuse a No-Show.
A4 · Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend a Session.
- 60-minute Sessions: arriving more than 15 minutes late is a No-Show.
- 20- and 30-minute calls: joining more than 10 minutes late is a No-Show.
- A No-Show is charged in full (or deducted from included calls) and cannot be made up.
- If Zabrina cancels inside the Notice Window or is more than 15 minutes late, the Client receives a full make-up Session or, for paid Sessions, a full refund of that Session, at the Client’s choice.
A5 · Payment
- Accepted method: Stripe, including billing through the ZStrong coaching app.
- All fees are paid in advance. Services are not delivered for any period that has not been paid.
- A payment more than 7 days late suspends services until it is paid. Suspension does not pause or extend the Term, and the payment is still owed.
- Chargebacks: before disputing a charge with a bank or card issuer, the Client agrees to contact Zabrina in writing and allow 10 days to resolve it. Filing a dispute for services delivered or owed under this Agreement does not cancel the balance due.
- Prices are fixed for the Client’s current Term. Price changes apply only to a new Term, with at least 30 days’ written notice.
A6 · Health, Screening & Assumption of Risk
- Before starting any of Rungs 4 to 8, the Client completes the PAR-Q Intake Form. If the PAR-Q indicates risk, Zabrina may require written clearance from a physician before training begins.
- The Client agrees to tell Zabrina promptly about any injury, illness, pregnancy, medication change, or new diagnosis that may affect training or nutrition.
- Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. The Client participates voluntarily, accepts those risks, and agrees to follow instructions, use proper form, and stop and report any pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms.
- Scope of service. ZStrong provides fitness coaching and nutrition and wellness education. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or medical nutrition therapy. Zabrina’s RN background informs her coaching but does not create a nurse-patient relationship, and the Client should keep working with their own healthcare providers.
A7 · Medical Pause
This is the only way to stop the clock on a commitment Term.
- Qualifies: an injury, illness, surgery, or pregnancy complication that prevents participation, documented by a note from a licensed healthcare provider.
- Length: up to 60 days, once per Term (Rung 8: see B8 for its own limit).
- Effect: billing pauses and the Term is extended by the length of the pause.
- Resuming: the Client gives Written Notice to resume. The Term picks up where it left off.
- Unable to resume: if the Client cannot return by the end of the pause, the Agreement ends. No further payments are owed, and amounts already paid for past periods are not refunded (Rung 8 has its own rule).
A8 · Termination by ZStrong
- For cause. Zabrina may end this Agreement immediately for abusive or unsafe conduct, repeated No-Shows (3 or more in a Term), or non-payment lasting more than 14 days. Paid fees are not refunded, and any remaining Term payments stay due.
- Coach unable to perform. If Zabrina can no longer deliver the service (for example, her own injury or illness), she will offer a make-up period, a transfer to an approved coach, or a prorated refund of paid, undelivered service, at the Client’s choice.
A9 · Communication
- Messaging support is through the ZStrong coaching app on Business Days. Zabrina typically responds within one Business Day (Rung 8 has priority response; see B8).
- Messaging is not for emergencies. In an emergency, the Client should call 911.
A10 · Results
Programs are designed to help the Client work toward their goals. Results depend on consistency, effort, sleep, stress, health history, and other factors outside Zabrina’s control. No specific result is guaranteed, and no refund is owed because a result was not reached.
PART B: TERMS BY OFFER
Each rung below states what the Client receives, how it is paid for, and what happens if the Client wants out.
RUNG 1 · Free ZStrong Community + Newsletter
Price: Free
What it is: the weekly ZStrong newsletter, Facebook content, Reels and short-form education, training tips, nutrition guidance, recipes, healthy-aging education, faith and mindset content, and early access to new resources.
Terms:
- Content is general education, not personal coaching or medical advice.
- ZStrong may remove anyone from its community spaces for abusive, harassing, or spam behavior.
- The newsletter may include product recommendations and affiliate links (see Rung 2).
If the Client wants out: unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email, or leave the community at any time. Nothing is owed and there is nothing to cancel.
RUNG 2 · ZStrong Recommended Kits
Price: Free to browse. Product costs vary and are paid to the retailer.
What it is: curated, goal-based product collections, including the Fitness Starter Kit, Nutrition Starter Kit, and Your First Pull-Up Kit.
Terms:
- Affiliate disclosure. Some links are affiliate links. If the Client buys through them, ZStrong may earn a commission at no additional cost to the Client. Zabrina recommends products based on genuine use, fit, or relevance to the goal.
- Purchases are made directly from the retailer. The retailer, not ZStrong, is the seller and handles pricing, shipping, warranties, and returns.
- The Client should use all equipment according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
If the Client wants out: returns and refunds follow the retailer’s return policy. ZStrong has no purchase to cancel.
RUNG 3 · ZStrong Digital Guides
Price: approximately $10 to $49 per product, as listed at checkout.
What it is: one-time-purchase digital products, including Your First Pull-Up After 40, Macro Basics Without the Madness, Protein Made Simple, The Beginner’s Strength Training Guide, Meal Prep for Real Life, the Nourished by Faith cookbook, templates, checklists, and mini-courses.
Terms:
- Payment is due in full at checkout.
- License: personal use only. Guides may not be shared, resold, reposted, or distributed.
- Guides are educational and self-directed. They do not include personal coaching.
If the Client wants out:
- Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final once the product is downloaded or accessed.
- Exceptions: a duplicate purchase, a file that will not open, or a product that was never delivered. Report it within 7 days of purchase for a working replacement or a full refund.
RUNG 4 · In-Person Training, St. Louis
Consultation: $100, one 60-minute Session, paid in full at booking. No commitment. Program: $200 per week, billed weekly in advance, for 90 days (13 weekly payments, $2,600 total). Enrollment: by consultation only, limited to five Program Clients at a time.
The consultation: a sit-down, in-person meeting in which Zabrina assesses the Client and recommends a plan. If the Client continues into the Program, the findings carry over into the Client’s coaching app. If the Client does not continue, Zabrina emails the written findings and recommended plan within 3 Business Days.
The Program includes:
- Two in-person training Sessions per week, 60 minutes each, for 90 days
- A workout plan in the coaching app, with new workouts as needed throughout the 90 days
- In-app messaging on Business Days, typical response within one Business Day
- A custom calorie target and a macro cheat sheet. This is not a custom meal plan
Location: every Program Session takes place at Zabrina’s preferred gym in St. Louis. A 3-month membership at that gym is required for the Program, at the Client’s additional cost, unless the Client already has one. The membership is a Third-Party Cost, paid to the gym.
Scheduling: Part A rules apply (24-hour Notice Window, 15-minute late rule for 60-minute Sessions, Courtesy Pass).
After the 90 days: the Program ends and billing stops automatically. Nothing renews unless the Client enrolls again.
If the Client wants out of the consultation:
- Cancelled 24+ hours ahead: full refund, or credit toward a future Session, at the Client’s choice.
- Cancelled inside 24 hours or No-Show: the fee is forfeited, unless a Courtesy Pass is used (cancellations only).
If the Client wants out of the Program:
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Within 72 hours of signing, before the first Program Session | Full refund of the first week. Agreement ends. |
| After the first Program Session, anytime during the 90 days | The Client may stop participating, but the remaining weekly payments for the Term are still owed. The Client chooses to keep paying on the normal schedule or to pay the balance at once. Sessions, the app and messaging continue through the end of the paid Term. No partial-week refunds. |
| Medical reason (documented) | Medical Pause under A7: billing stops, Term extends by up to 60 days. If the Client cannot return, the Agreement ends with no further payments owed. |
| ZStrong ends the Agreement | Per A8: for cause, no refund and remaining payments due; if Zabrina cannot perform, prorated refund or make-up. |
The gym membership is paid to the gym and follows the gym’s own refund policy.
RUNG 5 · ZStrong Virtual Training
Price: $249/month Commitment: 3 months ($747 total)
Includes:
- Onboarding and goal review
- Personalized training program built around schedule, experience, goals, and equipment
- Exercise demonstrations through the coaching app
- Weekly asynchronous check-in
- Progress tracking and program adjustments as needed
- Formal programming review about every 4 weeks
- One 20-minute coaching call per month
- In-app messaging on Business Days, typical response within one Business Day
Does not include: nutrition coaching, macro guidance, or meal plans. These are available in Rung 6 or Rung 7.
Terms common to Rungs 5, 6 and 7:
- Billing. Billed monthly in advance on the Start Date and the same date in months 2 and 3. The 3-month commitment means the Client agrees to all three monthly payments.
- Included calls. Each month’s call must be used within that month. Unused calls do not roll over or convert to credit. Calls follow the 24-hour Notice Window and 10-minute late rule.
- Check-ins. A missed weekly check-in is not made up, and the Term is not extended for missed check-ins.
- Upgrades. The Client may upgrade to ZStrong Complete at any time. The new rate starts on the next billing date, and the Term does not restart.
- Downgrades. Downgrades take effect only at the end of the current Term.
- After the 3 months. When the Term ends, the program continues month to month at the same rate, and billing continues automatically on the same date each month until the Client stops it. The Client may stop at any time after the Term with Written Notice at least 7 days before the next billing date. Nothing further is owed after the last paid month, and there are no partial-month refunds.
If the Client wants out mid-program (Rungs 5, 6 and 7):
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Within 72 hours of signing, before the personalized program or plan is delivered | Full refund of the first month. Agreement ends. |
| After the program or plan is delivered, anytime during the 3 months | The Client may stop participating, but the remaining monthly payments for the Term are still owed. The Client chooses to keep paying on the normal schedule or to pay the balance at once. Access to the app, program, calls, and messaging continues through the end of the paid Term. No partial-month refunds. |
RUNG 6 · ZStrong Nutrition + Wellness
Price: $197/month Commitment: 3 months ($591 total)
Includes:

- In-app messaging on Business Days, typical response within one Business Day
- Practical support for eating out, travel, meal prep, and routines
Does not include: a personalized training program. That is available in Rung 5 or Rung 7.
Scope: this is coaching and education, not medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or treatment (see A6). A Client with a medical condition that affects diet (for example, diabetes, kidney disease, or a history of disordered eating) must have their healthcare provider’s approval, and Zabrina may decline or refer out if the Client’s needs fall outside coaching scope.
Faith standard: in keeping with ZStrong’s convictions, all ZStrong recipes and meal suggestions are pork-free.
Billing, calls, upgrades, renewal, and exit: same as the terms common to Rungs 5, 6 and 7 (see Rung 5).
RUNG 7 · ZStrong Complete

- Personalized training program and personalized nutrition and wellness guidance

- In-app messaging on Business Days, typical response within one Business Day
Scope: the nutrition scope terms of Rung 6 apply.
Billing, calls, upgrades, renewal, and exit: same as the terms common to Rungs 5, 6 and 7 (see Rung 5). A Complete Client may not split off training or nutrition mid-Term to lower the rate; that change can happen only at the end of the Term.
OPTIONAL · Meal Prep Add-On
For Rungs 5, 6 and 7 only. Meal prep is already included in Rung 8.
Price: set in the Client’s Meal Prep Schedule (on the signature page). Pricing, menu, portion sizes, delivery or pickup, and service area depend on the Client’s location and the fulfillment provider.
Terms:
- The Add-On is attached to a parent coaching tier. It cannot be purchased on its own.
- Paid in advance per ordering cycle, separately from the coaching fee.
- Meals may be prepared by ZStrong or a third-party provider. Availability is not guaranteed in every area.
- The Client must disclose all food allergies and intolerances in writing before the first order. ZStrong and its providers take reasonable care but cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
- All meals are pork-free.
- Food safety after pickup or delivery (refrigeration, reheating, use-by dates) is the Client’s responsibility.
If the Client wants out:
- No commitment term. The Client may stop the Add-On with Written Notice at least 7 days before the next order cutoff.
- Orders already placed, in production, or delivered are not refundable.
- If meals arrive damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, report it within 24 hours with a photo for a replacement or credit.
- The Add-On ends automatically when the parent coaching tier ends, and pauses automatically during a Medical Pause.
- Stopping the Add-On does not change the parent tier’s commitment or payments.

If the Client wants out:
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| After signing, before the Start Date | Refund of all amounts paid minus the Commitment Deposit and any Third-Party Costs already committed. |
| After the Start Date, for any non-medical reason | No refund. Unpaid installments remain due. The Client keeps access to all included services through day 90 and may resume participation at any time before then. |
| Medical reason (documented) | Medical Pause of up to 30 days, once. The 90 days extend by the pause length. Third-Party Costs during the pause (for example, a gym membership already paid) are not refunded. If the Client cannot resume, the Agreement ends and the Client receives a prorated refund of unused days, minus the Commitment Deposit and non-refundable Third-Party Costs. |
| Client relocates mid-program | Treated like any non-medical exit: no refund, and unpaid installments remain due. Services that can be delivered remotely (programming, messaging, check-ins) continue through day 90. |
| ZStrong ends it for cause | Per A8: no refund, and unpaid installments remain due. |
| Zabrina cannot perform | Prorated refund of unused days, with no deduction for the Commitment Deposit, or an extension, at the Client’s choice. |
Results: A10 applies in full. The Concierge fee pays for a managed coaching and logistics experience, not a guaranteed outcome.
