The newsletter
When you join the free newsletter, your email address is stored by beehiiv, the service that sends it. It is used to send you the newsletter and nothing else.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click and you are off the list.
Booking a session
Consultations and Discovery Calls are booked through Cal.com, which keeps your name, email and the time you chose so the meeting can happen. Where there is a fee, it is paid through Stripe.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly. ZStrong never sees or stores your full card number.
The Private Concierge application
Applications are collected by Tally and emailed to Coach Zabrina. They include what you choose to share about your goals and, if you answer it, a general question about your health. Detailed health screening happens only after you join, never on this site.
If you become a client
Your health information, measurements and progress photos are kept confidential and used only to deliver your services. Your name, photos, results or testimonial are never shared or published without your separate written permission. This is section C1 of the client agreement on the terms page.
This website
The site itself runs no analytics and sets no cookies. It is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs.
Seeing, changing or removing your information
Email hello@zstrong.fit and say what you would like. The newsletter unsubscribe link works any time on its own.
